Where This Fits
Step 7: advanced initiation after readiness, lineage confirmation, and prior obligations.
Who This Is For
- Initiates ready for deeper rights, objects, obligations, and long-term house responsibility
- Students whose registration, scratch, and later development indicate priesthood direction
- Practitioners who understand that receiving power is not the same as completing maturity
- People prepared for years of benchmarks, discipline, and internal house development
What This Service Clarifies
This path is not simply a title. It involves receiving sacred responsibility, not only spiritual tools.
In this lineage, a person may carry the oyashe as an initiate before being truly recognized as Yaya or Tata.
Certain internal benchmarks must be achieved over time before the person is treated as fully priestly in practice.
The work may take years. Initiation begins a responsibility; it does not replace training, correction, and maturity.
Important Orientation
Kongo and Palo work should be approached through permission, lineage, discipline, and spiritual fit. These pages explain the public-facing pathway only. Specific ritual details, house procedures, taboos, and private initiatory knowledge are handled directly with the appropriate elders and house leadership.
