Why Meditation Is Foundational

To be announced. This is the curriculum placeholder and development brief, not the completed article. Public and private quizzes will follow the developed teaching.

The planned teaching

In the Ancestral Egbe model, meditation stands at the beginning of the Nemes Crown sequence. It develops internal awareness, attention and meditative clarity as foundations for further inner cultivation.

It also acts as a supporting pillar beneath the higher layers: spiritualism and ancestral contact, work with elemental spirits, Egbe relationship, culturally specific deity structures, and Ori alignment. The planned article will explain the house teaching that increasingly subtle discernment, including advanced Odu work, depends on the quality of meditative clarity.

Development will distinguish the contemplative practice, the house’s metaphysical interpretation and any cited research. Beginning meditation does not by itself authorize mediumship, elemental rites, deity work or divination.
