The Dynamo is a foundational piece in energetic practice. It functions as an automatic energy flow based on the concept of a generator: so long as you breathe, it churns. Ordinary breathing powers a low-level generation of energy. When you enter meditative breathing, it becomes a higher level of energy flow.
Dynamo V1: Core Form
The core is a static flower that expands, contracts, and rotates CC through breathing and concentration. Its outer ring flows planetary, magnetic, physical forces, and Num across the standing wave.
Imagine a windmill producing energy or grinding grain. The Dynamo helps develop and build the second etheric body whenever it is activated by meditation. It constantly runs in the background, and that constant flow of energy becomes a source for other developments.
Metaphysically, the Dynamo enhances production of the second body, the etheric double. It is the foundation of what can become later the Silk White Body, or other light-body practices.
